We’re daydreaming of this - a Triple Berry Mojito - from Mondrian South Beach’s Asia de Cuba.

You’ll need:
2 Ounces Santa Teresa Claro-Rum
2 Lime wedges 1/4’s
1 Blackberry
2 Raspberry
1/2 Strawberry
1/2 Ounce Lime Juice
12 Mint leaves
3/4 Ounce Raw simple syrup
Top Seltzer

To create:
Muddle mint, Berries, limes & sugar. Add juice, and rum. Add crushed ice & stir.
Add seltzer & more crushed ice, cap. Garnish
